King of Prussia, PA – This month marks Xelerate’s 10th year in business, providing clients with unparalleled recruitment outsourcing services.
Realizing the limitations in the industry’s traditional service models, Emily V. Biscardi, Founder of Xelerate, saw an opportunity to deliver a service that provided more value to clients. Traditional recruiting services didn’t address the need for recruiting processes and methodologies which are critical to the success of hiring good talent at a reasonable cost.
To this day, Xelerate demonstrates a unique consultative approach. Biscardi explains, “We’re not to placing ‘bodies’ and conducting transactions, but rather making sure our clients are hiring the right people, using best practices.”
In 2008, Xelerate faced the challenge of an economic downturn, inspiring the team to develop alternative solutions to meet the new market. Xelerate launched Ready Access Recruiting to support clients hiring in smaller quantities. This decision propelled the company forward, introducing them to more clients, in a variety of industries. Biscardi states, “Ready Access Recruiting provides our clients a low commitment, low cost way to begin working with Xelerate and still experience high-touch service. Once clients experience our value and how differently we provide service than the traditional recruiting models, they continue to turn to us for their hiring needs.”
Another significant step for the company was the promotion of Kelly Jensen to Chief Operating Officer. Through Kelly’s leadership, Xelerate’s customer retention has never been stronger.
