Sandy Hauser brings 15 years of experience in the RPO industry navigating services through a volatile jobs market and increased demand for high-impact recruiting solutions.

Hauser will lead Xelerate’s service delivery team, responsible for ensuring value-add solutions for clients and leading an inspired and engaged service delivery team.

Hauser joins Xelerate with over 15 years of experience in the RPO industry, working with the larger companies Kelly Services RPO, Manpower Solutions RPO, and AMS (formerly known as Alexander Mann Solutions). Sandy also worked in corporate talent acquisition and was the Panaro Group’s RPO Recruiting and Operations Manager.
