On September 15, CEO Emily Biscardi guest lectured at Villanova University in Richard J. Anthony’s course, Managing a Multi-Generational Workforce.  Emily presented the topic “Recruiting for a Multi-Generational Workforce.”

Baby Boomers, who represent approximately 80 million of the US population, are retiring.  And the next generation, Gen X who represent approximately 46 million of the US population, isn’t nearly large enough to replace that talent. Employers of all sizes and industries will need to replace much of their Baby Boomer talent with members of the Gen Y population – The Millennials.

There are vast differences in these generations.  The most successful companies will be the ones who tailor their Employment Brand to meet this new landscape of a multi-generational workforce.
