SmartCEO recently announced Xelerate as a 2015 Corporate Culture Award winner. This year’s winners will be recognized in the November/December issue of SmartCEO magazine and celebrated at an awards ceremony in December. The Corporate Culture Award recognizes industrious companies with positive and productive corporate cultures that are the result of efforts from employees and leadership to build successful cultural practices.

During an internal review of our cultural practices it became clear that many employees attribute our growth to the transparency of leadership and accountability of the team. We have a dispersed workforce, with over 90% of team members not reporting to the office every day because they are on site with clients, or working from home offices. We employ team members in four different states across three time zones, yet everyone stays connected through email, organized events, and regular phone conferences. Perhaps most notably, over 60% of our team hires come from employee referrals!
