This year, we’ve introduced an internal yearly Xelerater Award. This prestigious award recognizes an outstanding team member who stood out throughout the entirety of 2024 for their contributions, dedication, and impact on our company culture. Our 2025 Xelerater Award was given to Brooke Peiffer, who leads as the Principal Xelerater with our client The Stepping Stones Group.
What did it mean to you to win the Xelerator Award?
“This is hard to even put into words, but I think humbled and honored is the best way to describe it.”
Why do you think you were selected for this award?
“During our kickoff call, Dave Spadaro, Eagles Insider, stated “You can’t be great without the greatness of others”. I couldn’t help but think how truly fortunate I am to be supported by my amazing teammates. My accomplishments are a direct reflection of being surrounded by greatness. And in return, I hope that I have helped inspire others to reach their maximum potential as well!”
What advice would you give to others aiming to make an impact at Xelerate?
