- Reduction in Vacancies: Vacancies for investigator roles at PCA decreased dramatically from 75 to 10, a 87% reduction in just 6 months.
- High Conversion Rate: At one point, of 10 candidates sourced by Xelerate, 9 were interviewed, and 7 were successfully hired, demonstrating the high quality of candidates delivered.
- Long-Term Satisfaction: Through methods such as the introduction of a 45-day onboarding review process to maximize the adjustment and transition needs for the long-term operation of PCA’s operations, staff turnover was minimized.
