This month’s training
When a client’s compliance team identified the need to strengthen preventative measures against patient abuse, their HR team turned to Xelerate for support in transforming their hiring practices. 1. What’s your favorite part of working at Xelerate?
“Partnering with nonprofits and mission-driven organizations is incredibly rewarding. Knowing that our work directly impacts their ability to serve communities and create change makes every day worthwhile.”
2. What’s a project or achievement you’re most proud of?
“I’ve had the privilege of fully staffing departments with historically high turnover rates, introducing new hire surveys to improve onboarding, and recruiting for critical roles that directly impact organizational performance. Supporting clients like Global Refuge, Broadstep Behavioral Health, PCA, and Easterseals NJ has been a highlight of my career.”
