They presented why we must teach our early talent how to transition from an administrator to a consultant, an advisor, and an influential member of the organization. Emily and David pressed on a key objective of HR strategy being to guide the process by which organizations develop and deploy human, social, and organizational capital to enhance their competitiveness. They focused on why our human resources professionals are responsible for affecting this change and that we need to teach them how to begin viewing themselves in a more strategic light.
